EXERCISE 1: Players dribble to the
other side
EXERCISE 2: Like #1 except each player
dribble once around in a circle in the center of the field EXERCISE
3:
Like #1 except players execute fakes with the ball in the center of the
field, in front of each other (fake to the right, pass on the left or vice
versa EXERCISE 4: Like #1 except players dribble one around each
other in the center of the field.
EXERCISE 5: Like #1 but now one group stands in the middle
with legs apart. The other player have to kick their ball between their
partners'
legs
Setup:*Four cones mark the corner of a square field six to
eight yards on each side
Players distribute themselves evenly along. The sidelines of the field
each player on the opposite side |
